Acro & Acrobatic Arts

We offer 4 levels of Acro training.

Age is only one consideration in placing our dancers in the correct class. We aspire for each of our students to succeed, and maximize their potential. Students will move on to the next level according to their own progression and with approval of the Artistic Director and instructor.


Acro 1

An acrobatics class focusing on technique from Primary to Level 1 in the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. This class is well-suited for beginners and will help teach the basics of Acrobatics to anybody willing to learn. The only skill recommended in order to take this class is a positive attitude!

Acro 2

An acrobatics class focusing on technique from Level 2 in the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. This class aims to build upon skills such as cartwheels, off-the-wall balances, and more advanced bridges. It is strongly suggested that you are able to hold your bridge for more than 10 seconds in order to be in this class.

Acro 3/4

An acrobatics class focusing on technique from Levels 3 to 5 in the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. Skills in tumbling, contortion, and balancing will all be taught during this class with an emphasis on reinforcing overall flexibility and strength. It is strongly suggested that you are able to come in and out of a bridge from a standing position in order to take this class.

Intermediate/ Advanced Acro

An intermediate/ advanced level acrobatics class focusing on increasing strength, flexibility, and agility. Students practice and learn partner tricks and advanced cross the floors including front and back handsprings, aerials and layouts.
