Acro Level 3: An Acrobatics class focusing on technique from Levels 3 to 5 in the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. Skills in tumbling, contortion, and balancing will all be taught during this class with an emphasis on reinforcing overall flexibility and strength. It is strongly suggested that you are able to come in and out of a bridge from a standing position in order to take this class.

 

Acro Level 2: An Acrobatics class focusing on technique from Level 2 in the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. This class aims to build upon skills such as cartwheels, off-the-wall balances, and more advanced bridges. It is strongly suggested that you are able to hold your bridge for more than 10 seconds in order to be in this class.

 

Acro Level 1: An Acrobatics class focusing on technique from Primary to Level 1 in the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. This class is well-suited for beginners and will help teach the basics of Acrobatics to anybody willing to learn. The only skill recommended in order to take this class is a positive attitude!
